Return Policy
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
IMPORTANT: Any and all items bought on our Facebook Live are not eligible for return or exchange. They are final sale, unless there is an error on our end.
Please ensure your return complies with the following conditions:
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received by our team.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return the item.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the item back.
- Fab Fad is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Additional Notes
When returning by mail, you are responsible for covering shipping costs. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Please keep your proof of postage and return your item with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Returned to Sender & Refused Packages
This can occur due to:
- An invalid or missing address,
- The carrier being unable to deliver your package, or
- The order being refused at the time of delivery.
Returned or refused packages will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We cannot replace or reship these packages. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the correct address. Note that we cannot guarantee your items will be in stock when you reorder.
Important: Ensure your address is entered correctly, including all relevant information (street numbers, building or apartment numbers, etc.). Fab Fad is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Fab Fad reserves the right to refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:- An irregular or excessive returns history, including “wardrobing”;
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, or damaged items;
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Fab Fad reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar reasons.
Note: Non-Fab Fad items sent to us will be discarded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow the return procedure, and you will receive store credit. This store credit may be used toward a different size or another item of your choice. Store credits do not expire.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo clearly showing the damage and attach it to an email. Include a description of the damage and your order number. Send the email to our support team at [email protected]. We will review your request and contact you to determine the best resolution.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you find a defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number for prompt resolution.
Returns by Mail
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Store Credit
Store credit, in the form of an E-Gift Card, will be issued once your return is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is delivered. Your E-Gift Card will cover the purchase price of the item(s) and tax (if applicable), but we will not issue credit for the original shipping charges.
