We ship through USPS and UPS. Priority Shipping orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays or inclement weather.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Fab Fad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported by filing a claim with USPS.
